What you’ll learn:
Identify and communicate the nine key elements of a business model: Clients, Value Proposition, Lead generation, Client Relationships, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partners, Revenue Streams, and Cost Structure.
Brainstorm in a small group of four to six people maximum.
Your completed project will be a polished Business Model Canvas that outlines your real estate business.
You’ll present your case in both a one-page document and a 10-minute video presentation.
What you need to get started:
The only prerequisite is a strong desire to understand best practices in innovation and to be willing to learn or revisit what it takes to grow a real estate business.

The canvas provides you with 9 key business elements to make sure you don't miss any vital parts of your business. Filling out the canvas, you will constantly be aware of the big picture of your project.
